Renegades Vault v0.27 Released
Drako Productions has released v0.27 of Renegades Vault, just three weeks after v0.26.1, adding a new management panel that puts the vault’s vital signs front and center for players juggling its dystopian survival systems.
The headline addition is a status panel that shows:
“present population, accessible cells, power, purification, Threat, Security, and raid pressure.”
That’s a lot of numbers to track in a game built around scavenging, base-building, and keeping captives contained under mounting external threat, and having them consolidated into one view should cut down on the guesswork that comes with managing a growing vault. Threat and raid pressure in particular tie directly into the game’s combat and defense loop — knowing when those numbers are climbing gives players a chance to react before a raid catches them undersupplied or undersecured.
Renegades Vault is set in the Bonelands, a wasteland surrounding the smoke-choked ruins of Bonetown, where survivors fight to carve out a foothold and drag captives back to a hidden vault. It leans into dystopian sci-fi themes with 3DCG visuals, mixing sandbox exploration and combat with corruption, BDSM, and slave-management mechanics — a specific niche the game has been steadily building out since its last update. The consistent update cadence continues to point toward active, ongoing development rather than a project coasting on its early buzz.
Renegades Vault is currently available for Windows.
